Dr. Rejiv Rajendranath is a Senior Consultant – Medical Oncology at Apollo Cancer Centre, Chennai. He has significant experience in treating Gynaecological cancers, Breast cancers, Gastrointestinal cancers, Lymphoma and Head and neck cancers. He is a tutor to postgraduate medical oncology students. He has several publications in peer-reviewed journals, both nationally and internationally

Dr. Rejiv received the ‘Dr K. S. Sanjivi Award’ for selfless voluntary service to the underprivileged| In August 2011, he was appointed by Dr. MGR Medical University as an Examiner for the DM Super Specialty Medical Oncology Examinations| He gained the ‘Best Doctor Award’ from Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University in recognition of his contributions to the field of Medical Science| In February 2011, Dr. Rejiv acquired the ‘Best Paper Award’ at the National Indian Society of Oncology Biennial Meeting in Bhubaneshwar| Dr. Rejiv secured the ‘Best Paper Award’ for the paper on “Breast cancer in Young women less than 30 years from Southern India” – ONCOCON 2009 He was awarded a preceptorship program in CML by the International CML Foundation and spent one month at Royal Adelaide Hospital Australia under Professor Tim Hughes
