About Dr. Abhay Anand

Dr. Abhay Anand completed his MBBS, MS in General Surgery and MCh in Urology from Government Medical College, Calicut, Kerala. He obtained Membership of The Royall College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK in 2011.He completed Fellowship in Laparoscopic Urology from Lakeshore Hospital, Kochi (Affiliated to Aesculap Academy, Germany). He did his Robotic Surgery (Da Vinci) training form AIMS, Kochi. Post MCh, he worked as Consultant Urologist and Andrologist at Malabar Hospitals & Urology Centre, Calicut. Prior to joining the best urology hospital in Calicut - Aster MIMS in 2014, he was employed as Assistant Professor in the Department of Urology, Pariyaram Medical College, Kannur. His areas of interests are Renal Transplantation, Advanced Laparoscopic Urology procedures, Robotic Surgery, Laser Urology procedures for Prostate and Stones, and Urooncology.
