About Dr. Brijesh V. V.

Dr. Bijesh C is a paediatric cardiologist with the experience of about 10 years in the field of pediatric cardiology. He completed his MBBS from Calicut University in 2003 and went to pursue his MD in Paediatrics from APS University, Rewa, Madhya Pradesh in 2008. With a special interest in the management of heart diseases in children and fetal cardiology, he further completed his FNB in Paediatric Cardiology in 2014 and the Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Paediatric Cardiology from MGR University, Chennai in 2017.He has undergone special training in fetal cardiology which is his region of interest. Dr. Bijesh has worked as an Assistant professor in the Department of Paediatrics, Amala Institute of Medical Sciences,Thrissur, Kerala between 2009 and 2012. Prior to joining Aster Medcity, he was working as a consultant in the department of paediatric cardiology with Lisie Hospital Kochi for the last 5 years During his tenure in Lisie, he was actively involved in organizing multiple training workshops and webinar series and teaching of DNB cardioliogy residents. He has publications in both national and international journals.
